Carl Grimes knows Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Carl began a private consulting practice called Healthy Habitats®, LLC. in 1987. His book Starting Points for a Healthy Habitat was published in 1999.
Carl has served the industry in many capacities. A few include serving on the Board of Directors for the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), ASHRAE Committee Member that crafted the ASHRAE Mold Position Document, and the Revision Committee for S520 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation.
A speaker internationally on toxic indoor environments, Carl has shared the platform with advocates and experts such as Erin Brockovich, Richard Shaughnessy, Ph.D., Eugene Cole, Ph.D. Today, Carl is the Director of Healthy Homes at Hayward SCORE.
David Kiser has cared for indoor environments in the mechanical and cleaning industries. He served as an active member of ASHRAE in the 80's and 90's. David also started and operated a family cleaning business for over 30 years in Northern Virginia.
The company, Champagne Services, held the CIMS-GB Certification. They served hundreds of the same clients for decades. David is a Founder of the Association of Residential Cleaning Services (ARCSI). He served as the first President of ARCSI. He is a member of the Cleaning Industry Research Institute.
David spearheaded the IICRC House Cleaning Technician (HCT) Course. He also serves on the IICRC HCT Committee and is an IICRC Instructor. David is the co-author of The Professional House Cleaning Technician's Manual.
Gary Clipperton, President of National Pro Clean started as a sales rep for Diversey in 1969 and then territory manager for Eco Lab 1970-1974. Owner of janitorial supply store, and building service contractor.
He received Outstanding Young Men of America Award in 1975. Successful cleaning contractor for over 40-years. Helped establish over 3,000 cleaning contractors in the business, and currently provides on-going consulting. Gary served as an Instructor for Dallas Small Business Development Center (SBA) and taught quarterly courses on cleaning management.
Author of Cleaning Performance Handbook plus 7 other training manuals.
Instructor for Cleaning Management Expo. Contributing editor to Cleaning Management Magazine, and chosen as a member of their “Dream Team”.
In 2006 ProClean College received approval as an IICRC training school. Vice-President for International Custodial Advisor Network. Current Chairman of the IICRC / ANSI S400 standard for commercial cleaning procedures.
